Chants for “Kill the Bill” and Nancy! Nancy! from thousands standing in line to enter the US House of Representative Cannon Building echo in the streets. Similar lines occurred at the Longworth and Rayburn office building on November 5, 2009 following a rally outside Capitol.

Kill The Bill Chants From Protesters In Line for House Cannon Office Building

Protesters orderly and vocal waited patiently to enter the building. Security was tight but very efficient at processing everyone. Still it took 2 hours to get most into the building.

Kill The Bill! Kill The Bill!
When “suits” exited the Cannon building, protesters in line began chanting “Kill The Bill” regardless of who might be in the suits. They wanted desperately to communicate with law makers who were scarce.

Nancy! Nancy! Nancy!
In between the chit chat among the line waiters, chants of Nancy! Nancy! referring to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. She is supposed to have offices in the Cannon building. However everyone in line was convinced she had isolated herself from robust feedback from the country with hoisting ill conceived bills on us. Some from South Jersey reported they did get into her office, signed their names and added the message “Kill The Bill”.

Security and Other Staff Report House Calls Unprecedented
Most who I talked to from security to staff said they have never seen anything like this in DC. You can see in the video the Longworth building balcony caught white shirted workers looking down at the event. That focused attention on the windows of the Longworth building and we noticed heads bob in and out and many windows were opened. We guessed they were opened because the building was too hot. But gee we are asked to cut our energy and they have the audacity to allow heat to escape. I give credit to security to their efficiency of processing everyone expeditiously and politely at the Cannon building entrance.

Watch The Kill The Bill And Nancy Nancy! Chants

10.2% Unemployment Predicts How Health Bill Will Fail
Democrats were tallying the jobless while the protesters were in line. Today the number 10.2% is out and if you ran out of unemployment benefits or are an independent contractor out of work you are not in that number. The Democrat gigantic, biggest in history and more than combined spending of previous Congress’s, jobs stimulus bill has failed. Democrat representatives have had to come up with open lies to support its colossal failure . [See Rush Holt 3 Lies About $787 Billion Stimulus] [Just received news alert from visitors at Holt's office in DC 11/5. Audience questions had him RED FACED! This is because he is fronting the lies on stimulus and being in an indefensible position he had to stomp off mad and angry. See Democrats what your life is going to be like for years to come.]

Pelosi Has Democrats on Suicide Mission
Democrats are loaded down with failed Pelosi leadership and forced failing legislation. Pelosi has Democrats cornered in a suicide mission to vote on Saturday November 7th on another colossal failure; a gigantic untried experiment on the Nation’s health care system impacting everybody. Designed so that when it fails like bankruptcies of gigantic experiments Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security and sub prime lending through Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac, everyone gets hurt badly. This will include a loss of jobs starting with those fine people with families who work for insurance companies offering medical insurance. Get resumes out as your next job is with the Government.

Fox You Were Late!
To my surprise on leaving the building the line had dwindled to a few hundred and then Fox news reporter Griff Jenkins finally discovered the big news item happening outside of House office buildings. Griff Jenkins had gotten popular with the first few Tea Party express bus stops reported for Greta Van Susteren. However in my opinion he went down hill after those missing the points and the individual stories of the people for the rest of the tour. However people still love him.

Fox needs to embed reporters into the folks who get up at 3 am to get to DC or travel the previous day to find the good stories or hire me to do it with a good camera crew rather than my dinky Panasonic that is seeing more that the main media big ones. An ABC news reporter was on our bus down getting first hand accounts I am sure ABC will twist against us if they bother at all.

Modern Minute Men
Police estimated between 50,000 to 75,000 at the Capitol Building. Everyone was called to action within 72 hours of the event. Even Pelosi is not giving 72 hours to read her bound to fail big time health bill. Most people traveled 4 to 12 hours one way to attend. They were from Florida, Illinois, Washington State, New Jersey, Virginia, Minnesota and Ohio. Some got on planes, some on trains even Amtrak, some by car, some by two day bus rides. [See Don’t Make Us Come Back: Tea Party Minutemen To Washington DC.]

Do Not Make Us Come Back
I would not want this energy against me if I held a nice cushy House seat. The arsenal of protest exercised is only at level one now. This is the people’s right to speech aimed to steer you in the correct direction. What other rights will they need to deploy to persuade you that your are voting for another colossal failure? Take real heed of these warnings Democrats. You do not want to us come back.

By Lon (Alonzo) Hosford

Rush Holt struggled to support the Democrat $787 billion stimulus he voted for in January 2009. Devoting barely three minutes in a 60 minute unprepared droll lecture to the audience at South Hunterdon High School on October 17th 2009, Holt falls woefully short to present any substantive results for the stimulus.

Rush Holt Stimulus Report Not Stimulating

$487,000 from $787 Billion
The total of all items Holt gave to the audience was $487,000, an amount citizens could have raised for a good cause and only .06% of the total stimulus. The number is not even enough to seed a small two person business.

New Jersey Top Federal Budget Donor State
For the 10 years Rush Holt has held his elected office, New Jersey is the top donor State contributing to the Federal budget. New Jersey sends more money to DC than it gets back or approximately $0.61 of federal spending for every $1.00 sent.

The statistics Holt provided supports that fact. New Jersey is a revenue generator for the Democrat spending programs where the money goes elsewhere in the country short changing the worst cities in the US: Trenton, Elizabeth, Camden, Newark and “so forth” to use a favorite Holt lecture phrase. In these places children and family lives are destroyed decade after decade without hope, a compassionate reason to vote the Democratic party out and particularly intellectual elites like Rush Holt. New Jersey could do better keeping the money here instead of the round trip to DC that reduces it to shavings thrown to the air.

Stimulus Lie #1: Jobs Are Being Created
Democrats are working talking points to support the stimulus at town halls to see if they stick. Holt was unable to identify a single permanent job in his report, although he did say his report was representative of what New Jersey got from the stimulus. After outlining a list of items that excluded any permanent job he summarizes with a huge generalization that misses tax outgo to DC.

“That is just kinda of a sampling of the billions of dollars that has come to New Jersey”.

Of course Holt, 60+ yrs, is a trained physics professor who has no record of working for private industry less creating a job or knows what it takes to maintain a job except for how he appears to project his own elected position as a job. However he clearly believes jobs are being created.

“There is no question that money is being spent and jobs are being created.”

His statement was followed by a tell tale shrugged shoulders without any specifics.

Government Stimulus Stimulating Government
The entire list of items Holt presented were for Government. One for the police in Frenchtown, most for schools and two for government funded programs. All dwindling taxpayer dollars to government to government. Nothing listed helped the private sector or the New Jersey economy as evidenced by the September 9.8% unemployment rate.

For the school stimulus, none of the grants equated to an amount to fund a permanent teaching position and at most only could support lower paid teacher aide or temporary work. This assumes the schools actually spend the money on staff as he was not clear on how it was tied to actual sustainable jobs. All school money went to Special Education where schools often used aides and other lower cost personnel to juggle the amorphous very costly student units. Nothing long term economically stimulating about any item listed.

Stimulus Resurrects a Speed Trap?
The largest payout went to Frenchtown. I travel NJ route 29 starting in Frenchtown to Trenton for 30 years. About 5 or perhaps 10 years back, the local speed trap at the start of 29 in Frenchtown disappeared. On my recent trip to Trenton for the Citizens for NJ Assembly announcement on September 30th I was surprised to see the speed trap again, perhaps funded from stimulus. The $200,000 money given to Frenchtown would best support such function for 1 year given the salary, the health cost, NJ pension contributions and overhead for equipment. At best this is a token amount that administrators surely appreciate as a single budget year bonus, but not one that enhances revenue for Frenchtown to continue the budget item.

Stimulus Lie #2: Effects Won’t Be Known For Years
The next talking point trial balloon Holt pushed on the audience is “hindsight” as a safe false argument.

“I think the effect of this spending won’t be known for some years. You know economists are always better retrospectively than they are prospectively. The initial signs are [pause] I’d guess I say mixed.”

Holt Expounds on Hoplessness to Gauge Stimulus Effects Until Far In Future

This brings into question all Government spending New Jersians are asked to support. From the viewpoint of today we do see retrospectively Government spending has been wasteful and did not live up to the promises argued. Thus we can conclude beforehand the stimulus failed even before it was voted into law.

Indeed we can see a specific measurable future effect. The stimulus is contributing to a $1.5 trillion dollar deficit and the total US debt of $350,000 for every American. That does impact everyone long after Holt retires.

These positions question our ability to see money spent from the stimulus going to ongoing sustainable activities other than debt interest. Holt believes we cannot tell what happened in the present or at least he uses the “hindsight is better” clique on the audience.

Also the blanket charge that all economists miss the mark is a leap of faith demonstrating a childish argument for the scientist Holt characterized himself at the opening of his lecture. As if talking to a mob with a blinded single mindset he misses the fact his audience has intelligence and knows the weakness of using “all” to make a conclusion. Many economists predicted the sub prime failure and testified in Congress long before that calamity happened. His job is to make the decisions based on that data and he failed.

Stimulus Lie #3: What Would Have Happened Without It

Holt, after coming up short on specific jobs or job counts created from stimulus money, used another false argument that cannot be proven.

“The question is ‘what would have happened without it’”.

He proceeds to cite Goldman Sachs who received $12 billion in bailouts from the Federal Government through TARP (Troubled Asset Relief Program).

“You know it is interesting the Goldman Sachs economists … say for example April May and June, most recent quarter … for which the data are available, instead of a 1% slow economy it would have been 4% [down?]“.

He had to again shrug his shoulders with vocal pauses as there was no audience response because common sense tells you this is something you expect from your teenager explaining a mistake with confusion and obfuscation.

Holt Uses What If To Justify $787 Billion Failed Stimulus

Less we forget the Federal bailout billions paid to the financial sector as TARP in addition to the stimulus. Perhaps the question is would there have been big economic and employment growth if we did not spend the stimulus. That argument is equally as true without the troubling evidence that the stimulus failed as yet another Big Government wasteful program.

Holt Dishonorable and Disconnected
Set aside the lies made over the results of the stimulus, Holt dishonors the post he fills. An honorable representative would break from the party line and be honest to the constituents. Only reason I can see for his need to adhere to false arguments unbecoming of a scientist, is that this is a job he would not want to lose and that only the Democrat control over New Jersey and his election will guarantee for him. Holt appears to be a 60+ year old youngster that never had the opportunity to perform in society and lived his life in a protected world from economic realities of the communities he serves.

A Faulty Firewall of Convenience

Wallace conveys the top listener question of how a non profit can engage in political activities.

CEO Lewis struggled to assure watchers that a firewall separates the parent ACORN organization and its hundreds of subsidiary organizations.

A Faulty Tax Record Keeping

Congressman Darrell Issa of California stated that the House Oversight committee cannot get information on salaries and movements of funds between the hundreds of ACORN organization as well as their organization papers.

Bertha Lewis Has Failed As CEO

Bertha explains her role since taking the CEO position was fostering policies and procedures to that would prevent problems. These policies and procedures have failed based on the current record evidence. The “housing for pimps” videos and voter fraud are primary examples of failure. These depict employees lacking direction to perform tasks to properly apply Federal funding as intended. They further reveal incentives to pad spending to the extent of illegal immigration and offering housing to pimping of 13 year old sex slave illegals.

Bertha Lewis and ACORN Board Must Step Down

ACORN is plagued with numerous organizational and leadership problems of ACORN including embezzlement from leadership and employees emboldened to promote illegal activities. Both the CEO and the ACORN board needs to step down.

NJ Democrats Supporting Continued ACORN Funding Failure Must Resign

In NJ 5 Democrat Congressmen, Albio Sires, Rush Holt, Donald Payne, Bill Pascrell and Frank Pallone voted to continue funding ACORN despite the latest egregious ACORN failings that hurt minor women. The misappropriation of funds also harms folks by reducing the funds intended to solve problems such as underwater mortgages and potential loss of housing due to the persistent unemployment not solved by the Federal $787 billion stimulus representing $10,500 per New Jersey family. These Congressmen also voted for this stimulus that has billions targeted for ACORN. They are handing out money to an organization injected with corruption and the money is not properly getting to those needing help.

Congressman Albio Sires, Rush Hold, Donald Payne, Bill Pascrell and Frank Pallone resign for the sake of New Jersey’s reputation already tarnished by corruption.

New Jersey, a State plagued by corruption, finds no resolve in its elected Democrat representatives Albio Sires, Rush Holt, Donald Payne, Bill Pascrell and Frank Pallone to take action to stop it.

ACORN has 15% of its offices across the US exposed for supporting illegal prostitution of 13 year old girls and illegal immigration. ACORN CEO Bertha Lewis yesterday took the too little too late action to start independent investigation of failed leadership, internal audits and controls on money granted for their work directed to alleviate many impacted by the housing crisis.

The US House Of Representatives voted 345-75 September 17th to strike ACORN funding. 5 of the 13 NJ Democrat representatives voted no to keep ACORN funding are now known as the “ACORN Honor Role”. New Jersey represented 6% of the vote to continue funding.

NJ ACORN Honor Roll L-R Albio Sires, Rush Holt, Donald Payne, Bill Pascrell, Frank Pallone

ACORN receives funding from the Federal Government and is a key benefactor in the $787 billion stimulus package ($10,500 per New Jersey family) passed by Democrats. This money was borrowed at 6% interest from places such as China. New Jersey bears a large part of this stimulus burden as the number 1 donor State contributing to Federal funding. Lets see the care our representatives show over how it is spent.

ACORN Squanders Funds To Alleviate Those Hurt By Government Caused Sub Prime Mortgage Crisis

A national calamity with Federal quasi Freddy and Fanny mortgaging agencies sub prime loan activities have left millions of Americans with underwater mortgages. Many, now without a job, have succumbed to foreclosures and their lives destroyed by these two agencies. Many are young families starting out with hopes and dreams dashed. ACORN offices prove they have initiative to spend money, directed to them to aid this pain, at any cost including illegal activities harming the lives of young 13 year old women made even more vulnerable as illegals.

NJ Democrat Representatives Albio Sires, Rush Holt, Donald Payne, Bill Pascrell and Frank Pallone
Vote To Continue The Failed Funding

Representatives Albio Sires, Rush Holt, Donald Payne, Bill Pascrell and Frank Pallone votes show their insensitivity to destroying the lives of young women rather than stopping it and making a statement to all Federal funding recipients it will not be tolerated.

Their insensitivity is extended with their votes supporting an organization that wastes money intended to help those American lives damaged by the Federally run mortgage programs. Such destruction of lives is less visible than the Government housing project failures from the 1940s. Yet it is accented by the failure of the ACORN funding as a continued pattern of Democrat intentions to provide Government run housing and failing for nearly a century. ACORN misuse of funds and ineptitude highlight Government run housing that destroyed the lives of those living there and now the destruction of the national economy by initiating in 1999 the sub prime mortgage crisis through Fannie Mae as written in NY Times in 1999.

ACORN Funds Promote Voter Registration Fraud

ACORN previously performed an inept harmful role in National elections. The cultivated environment of corruption found in the ACORN housing offices was demonstrated in the ACORN employees engaged in voter registration. Rather than performing their jobs under standards and accountability, they were allowed to fail at their work and pad performance results with illegal actions. These are how Democrat Representatives Albio Sires, Rush Holt, Donald Payne, Bill Pascrell and Frank Pallone vote to use American funds.

ACORN Funds Help The Poor Engage in Illegal Election Activities

Much of New Jersey has 16% Unemployment Stupid

With 45,000 New Jersey residents exhausting 79 weeks of extended employment you know we have a problem. When you study New Jersey unemployment data you find that outside of Government employment cities like Trenton, the unemployment rate is 16% and growing. The funds coming from stimulus are not keeping up because New Jersey is a donor State and funds other States. The money coming back is a negative to the money going down to Washington.

Democrat Sentators Lautenberg and Menedez and these ACORN honor role Representatives Albio Sires, Rush Holt, Donald Payne, Bill Pascrell and Frank Pallone are the front row pawns of the Democrat liberal agenda. This agenda is harming the citizens of New Jersey. Supporting wasteful use of New Jersey Federal dollars both now and on the interest of the national debt for decades to come are a result of voting for wasteful spending tied to corruption and illegal intentions.

Albio Sires, Rush Holt, Donald Payne, Bill Pascrell and Frank Pallone stand up to your own Democrat Party and demand New Jersey contributions not be wasted. Show spine not ignorance.
