Hey Lon,

So I scored a 0…I’ve never used Facebook. You made your point and my daughter, and avid FaceBook user, brought it full circle for me.

Yesterday, after reading Bill’s article on Obama’s changes to interpol authority on our soil, I was explaining it to my daughter. We were speculating what the future of her soon to be born son might look like in light of our diminishing rights and liberties. Without explanation or comment she rushes to the computer, cuts and pastes and excerpt from Bill’s article posted it to Facebook. I’m observing and wondering why she is sending this to this particular friend…like he didn’t seem all that political actually and of course I’m in e-mail mentality. When finished she simply said “this will go everywhere, Mom”…. with that your message went Full Circle.

I’m really excited to read Crush-It and I’ll be back to you.

Twitter text to phone is an option you need to proactively turn on. So you do not need to worry if you get a Twitter account. I believe there is a Twitter IPhone application which is not text messaging and like using Twitter in your web browser which is also an option for those who have data on their phone for web browsing. I am thinking its time for an IPhone. I was in Apple store day after XMas for my daughter to get a video converter and the place was mobbed. At least buy stock? I sensed the social media draft is being taken up by Apple and time to get on board. But I hate AT&T service so.

Loved it! I posted it to my facebook page. Would you like for me to send you an invitation to FB? I’ll take the time to walk you through it. I agree about Twitter. I don’t get that one. Do you receive twitter messages by cell phone? I don’t want all those text messages on my phone. That would drive me crazy.

I read Palin’s book and Steve is slowly trying to read it. I’m afraid he’s not much of a reader. I’m working on the Saul Alinksky “Rules for radicals”. I bought a used book from someone on amazon so it wouldn’t give the Alinksky family any money. Its a scary book! I got all those other books you mentioned. They are good reading. The “5,000 Year Leap” is a must read but its a thinker and not light reading. When I read that book, I read it to try and remember. It has good quotes, points and what not.

Knowing you Laureen, you are on the way. You are a great patriot. The big social ports like Facebook are the place to start. But the technology is second to the purpose of branding and understanding how the message can bounce. You can always get help on the tech side. So did you Facebook me and Digg this article? It is how it works.
