I too have studied this issue of Obama's ineligibilty. I am tired about the dithering coming from our elected leaders about this. It is without question that Obama is hiding something and in fact has hidden his records from the American people. Keep up the great work at exposing this freak. Give support to Rev. Manning as well.

Garrett is a good guy and perhaps was getting in touch with his voters in a level of activism not before seen in US history. This article intends to open the door on the ineligibility issue being a symptom of a larger issue with basics of a group called Americans. All groups have memberships. The founders set those membership rules with some flexibility for new members from the outside. Folks at the Garrett meeting only got started because of limited time in the room as DC was not prepared for the onslaught on 11/5/09.

As to the couch view of blogger R. Matthew Fretz, being with the group and knowing more about them and their backgrounds and their role in the citizens movement is necessary to comment clearly on them. Sitting at a computer and writing about UT videos and bloggers who are on the scene and in the action witnessing events ends with tarnished commentary fraught with diminished credibility.

Republicans are in trouble because the base is active to a level of investigation unprecedented. They are feverishly looking for alternatives and the "DC mentality" and the "DC culture" does not cut it anymore to the extent many registered are willing to risk challenging them on plain common sense above all else.

Anyone who holds an office defined under the short 17 page Constitution should be HUMBLED to prove eligibility every day. This is priority ONE or the group starts into disintegration due to lack of trust and confidence in the system and thus why traditionally good Republicans will be challenged on any and all doubts around the membership agreement - the Constitution.

Also R. Matthew Fretz needs to learn the lesson of argumentation and logic over pristine spelling and grammar. Demeaning bloggers or worse UT commentators about grammar and spelling diminishes the value of your own arguments. Accept all members of the American club who want the membership rules purified and put aside. I suspect if they had photos attached to their comments, a writer such as you would comment on facial attributes as well.

After all Mr. Fretz many of us gradgeeated the pubic skools so mez grummar and shpelling bees bad. Or should I say the Government run schools. Oh my another informal grammar error in the informal world of blogging and social commenting. Gee I am disqualified to write or speak on what I see and hear. Get real!

Judge Land and now judge Carter, smack down the crazies (case dismissed), poor little Birthers.

Not even “Fake News” Bill O’Reilly believes the crazies, how funny.

To all the birthers in La, La Land, it is on you to prove to all of us that your assertion is true (TOUGH WHEN YOU KEEP LOSING CASES), if there are people who were there and support your position then show us the video (everyone has a price), either put up or frankly shut-up. I heard Orly Taitz, is selling a tape (I think it’s called “Money, Lies and Video tape”). She is from Orange County, CA, now I know what the mean when they say “behind the Orange Curtain”, when they talk about Orange County, the captial of Conspiracy Theories. You know Obama has a passport, he travel abroad before he was a Senator, but I guess they were in on it.

In my opinion the Republican Party has been taken over the most extreme religious right (people who love to push their beliefs on others while trying to take away the rights of those they just hate) and that’s who they need to extract from their party if they real want to win. Good Luck, because as they said in WACO, “We Ain’t Coming Out”.

I heard that she now wants to investigate the “Republican 2009 Summer of Love” list: Assemblyman, Michael D. Duvall (CA), Senator John Ensign (NV), Senator Paul Stanley (TN), Governor Mark Stanford (SC), Board of Ed Chair, and Kristin Maguire AKA Bridget Keeney (SC). She wants to re-establish a family values party.

I can only hope that Taitz will resist the state collectors that will be coming to collect the $20K.
